AEROSPACE PARTS MANUFACTURING

Manufacturing aerospace parts using E-beam technology differs significantly from conventional autoclave style curing.  There can be significant advantages for E-beam, depending on the part.

For example, the ability to control the cure temperature, limiting it to below 100ºC, requires low heat capable tooling making the molds much cheaper and faster to produce.  Shielding of certain areas of complex parts from the electron beam enables sequential layup and curing operations.  This eliminates assembly hardware, operations and fixtures resulting in less expensive, lower weight parts.

Please contact the Acetek/Acsion team to discuss your manufacturing needs and assess how the E-beam cure technology can provide you with a competitive lead in the market place.
